Storage for agencies and studios

Client work in buckets you can hand over, backed up nightly, searchable by anyone on the account team, and delivered without a shared password.

The BucketPilot console: every bucket and server with its size and cost

The shape of agency storage

A bucket per client, a folder per campaign, and a delivery deadline every week. The people who need the files are account managers and designers, not engineers, and the files are big: raw footage, layered artwork, print-ready PDFs. Somewhere in there is a shared login to a cloud console that nobody wants to be the one holding.

One console, every client

Connect each cloud account once — Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage — and every bucket appears side by side with its size, its cost and who last touched it. Grant a team member the client buckets they work on and nothing else; the grants are enforced by the server, not hidden behind buttons.

Delivering and receiving

Hand a client a drop link to a watched folder and be told when their files land. Give the studio a BucketPilot Drop drive so exports go straight to the right bucket from the Save dialog. Download a whole folder as a zip when a delivery is due.

Protected by default

A nightly backup job per client bucket, to a second bucket or to BucketPilot Cloud, with versioning on so an overwritten master is one click from back. The backup board on the analytics page shows which buckets are covered, how fresh the copy is, and which ones are not — before a client asks.

Costs you can put on an invoice

Per-bucket size and estimated cost by storage class, a savings finder that names the files that could live on a cheaper tier, and size alerts so a client's bucket does not double quietly. When an engagement ends, hand the bucket over: it is theirs, in their account.

Questions

Can a client have their own login?
Yes. Invite them to the workspace as a viewer of their buckets only, or send them drop links and zips without an account at all.
Which clouds are supported?
Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 and Google Cloud Storage buckets, Azure Blob Storage as a migration source, any Linux or Windows server over SSH, and BucketPilot Cloud.
What happens to our files if we cancel?
Nothing. Your files stay in your buckets. A free account keeps read-only access to everything you connected, with no time limit.
