Know when files land in a folder
Watch any folder in a bucket and the people you choose are told when new files arrive — one message per batch, not one per file — with a drop link that opens straight onto the upload panel.
A shared bucket only works if the person waiting for the files finds out they are there. Now they do.
Watch a folder
From any folder's menu choose Watch this folder…, pick members or groups, and from then on they are notified when files arrive under it — in the app, and by email if they want it. Uploads from the browser, from the API and from BucketPilot Drop all count.
One message per delivery, not sixty
A photographer dropping a shoot does not produce sixty emails. BucketPilot waits for the uploads to go quiet, then sends a single notification naming the folder and how many files landed, linking straight to it. The person who did the uploading is never told about their own files.
A drop link for the people sending you things
The watch dialog gives you a drop link: open it and the bucket appears on that folder with the upload panel already open. Send it to a contributor and they drop files in the right place first time.
Available on every plan that has team members.
